The Provincial Synod of Huambo has its headquarters in Bairro Académico and was founded in 1881. It has 5 Local Synods, namely: Huambo, Bailundo, Dôndi, Caála and Elende. 105 pastorates being 34 in Bailundo, 25 in Huambo, 17 in Dôndi, 16 in Caála and 13 in Elende. The Provincial Synod of Huambo until February 7, 2021 had 67 Pastors.
