The Holy Scriptures are the inspired Word of God - II Timothy 3:16, inerrant, self-supporting, the only rule of faith and conduct. God's Word is the definitive standard of truth. The Bible is the Word of God and the final definition of truth - John 17:17. It is necessary - Romans 10: 13 -17, to know the Gospel of Salvation - Acts 4:12, to preserve and sustain spiritual life - Matthew 4: 4; I Peter 2: 2 and for growth in the Christian life.

 

The IECA teaches the Bible in various ways: at the Vacation Bible Schools for children, at the Biblical Institutes at the Provincial Synods, at the Sunday Bible School and at the Theological Emmanuel Semaniry of Dôndi- SED.
